Tyler Weiss, 38, of Topeka, entered God’s kingdom on August 13, 2023, after a long illness. He was born on January 28, 1985, in Ogden, Utah, to Lu “Nellie” and Erven “Butch” Weiss.

Tyler, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Emma and Madelyn; step children, Kendra Rutschman and Garrett Butler; his parents, Nellie and Butch; sister, LouAnn (Matthew) Brady; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and close friends.

After school, Tyler and Casey, his best friend, worked as carpenters for Casey’s father’s company. Later, he started work for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company as a pipe fitter. He was also a member of the United Steel Workers Local 307. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoying the company of his close friends, Casey and John, as they trekked across his parents’ property in Lyndon. Tyler’s endearing smile and loving spirit will forever be remembered and missed by all who knew him.
