Sale Isaia, Jr was born June 13, 1972 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Sale Isaia, Sr and Elega Isaia. He graduated from Oceanside High School and attended UCLA as a student athlete. He went on to play in the NFL for seven years, playing for the Ravens, Patriots and Cleveland Browns. Upon his retirement from the NFL, He moved to Topeka, where he worked for Lawrence Gardner High School as a paraprofessional. Sale was full of song, laughter and love. He loved to sing karaoke and play video games. He worked with troubled youth and never gave up on them even when they gave up on themselves. Sale was bigger than life and his heart was full with love and compassion. He never knew a stranger and welcomed all. In addition to his son, Jacob, Sale is survived by his mother Elega Isaia, brothers Isaia and Maselino, and his sisters Elena and Maumea. Sale was preceded in death by his father Sale Isaia, Sr. and sister Tualagi Ilalio-Ripley. Sale will be greatly missed by his family and friends as he takes his place in heaven.
