Mary Ann Levering, 92, passed away Sunday, April 3rd, 2022. Mary Ann was born on November 2nd, 1929, in Topeka, Kansas to Neil and Verna (Dietrich) Brown. She was a graduate of Seaman High School and later attended Washburn University. MaryAnn was a member of Second Presbyterian Church.
Mary Ann married R.W. (Bud) Levering on August 18, 1949, in Topeka, Kansas. He preceded her in death on February 1st, 2010. Survivors include two sons David (Keri) Levering of Manhattan, and Daniel Levering of Topeka. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Ted Ellsworth (Katie), Matthew Levering (Kendra), and Jessica Levering (Austin). She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Myrna Kay Ellsworth.
A private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St Jude’s Children's Hospital (www.strudel.org/donate) or Shriners Children's Hospitals (www.shrinerschildrens.org/giving).
