What a beautiful person Dee was. She was always full of smiles, laughter and encouragement. She Loved her family so dearly. Every time I spoke to her she would talk about how much she Love her family and would show tons of pictures. Dee would pray with me a lot. She would pray until I just cried. She was definitely a praying warrior. I'm still in disbelief. But I know God wanted his angel back. I am so happy to have met Dee. Dee you have completed your task down here. May God welcome you with open arms on the other side. My heart goes out to Dee's family. May God give you all strength and comfort during this hard time. God Bless you all.

Diones will be truly missed. She was a blessing to all of us. We loved our 'Dee" she displayed such loving-kindness. She was especially fond of by her Great uncle T.J. never did a day pass that she didn't contact him. Dee always made time for him. You could only be in awe being entertained observing the two embracing one another with their radiant smiles. She was present to say good -bye to him and her cousin (Nadine) t.j.'s daughter. Dee always showed her goodness to all around her. I know I will see my cousin again. Jesus said. T here is going to be a Resurrection of Life. In Bible at John 5; 28,29.
Until that time is here. May our precious loved Dee rest in peace. All of us will always honor her memories always being dear to our hearts in Georgia and Wisconsin..

I met Dee when volunteering with a youth choir and we immediately bonded around 2010. We spent many days in Madison volunteering with the youth choir. Outside of that we just spent time laughing an having fun when hanging out. She was always one that you could talk about your problems and when you were struggling. She was a great friend, a great singer, a great person all around. She will truly be missed.
She often spoke of her sons and how proud she was. I truly wanted to be there for this moment, but please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your mother.

To Our dear niece Donnie and family
GOD was walking in his Garden, one he made with his own hands. The sun was shining on each blossom, young and old, throughout all land. In his Garden He walked, still searching for a lovely full-grown flower, pausing here he found one, ready to be taken at that hour. To the Beautiful Garden our love has gone. To the Garden of perfect rest, her work is done, and the setting sun has sealed her life's long quest. She left this earthly for a home beyond the seas, but she will still live on in the Garden of memories. Be it resolved that we now bow in humble submission to the will of our HEAVENLY FATHER, who knows best. We now extend to the entire Duff family and all friends our heart felt sympathy in our loss, and commend them to him who is able and willing to heal all sorrow. Be it resolved, that we bow our in submission to GOD's will, and emulate his admirable traits, and live so we may join HIM and our love one in that Heavenly Garden, where we will part no more.
(Rest on our dear Donnie and Let our GOD be your guide)

Dee had a very contagious smile! How could you resist smiling in her presence? I enjoyed seeing her at work in Milwaukee at the contracting office. I was honored when she asked me to give a reference for her job. I had mixed emotions when she told me that she got the job and was leaving. We spoke frequently after she left and regretfully, not often enough this past year. Your mom was a beautiful person. I pray that God will comfort you as you go through this challenging time.

I was saddened to hear of Sis. Diones’ passing. Sis Dee and I met when she attended Fountain of Life Church in Madison,WI. We had many opportunities where our paths crossed. We attended women’s ministry events, bible studies and worked in the kitchen cooking for church events. She was always pleasant and greeted you with a warm smile. We shared a California connection as well. When I had my first back surgery, Sis Dee cooked a scrumptious meal for me while I convalesced. I especially remember her delicious butter pound cake! Even after she left Madison, we stayed in touch through Facebook. She often shared scriptures, songs and words of spiritual comfort. I thank God for having met Sis Dee and what a blessing she was to me. I know she is resting in the arms of our savior and would give nothing for being in his presence. I know I will see her again! To God be the glory.

I met Dee at the VA here in Topeka. She was such an encouragement to me. We’ve had conversations, went shopping, went walking, and even fishing together. And, we laughed ALOT!! Those moments will always stay with me!!
Her Faith and prayer life is one that I desired so much. She not only talked it but she showed it in everything that she did. I could go to her for anything & it was never no judgment. No negative advice. I even witnessed her ENCOURAGING others!
Still hard to believe that I won’t see her when I go to the office. But at least I know for sure she is with the Lord rejoicing!
All I can say is Dee, job well done!! You’ve fulfilled your purpose! I’m sure our FATHER is PLEASED!! You’ve made an impact on many of us!! You are and will be missed!!

To the Sons and Family of Diones Dee Duff, obm...I am sorry for our loss!
Dee was awesome, she was her own boss and did as she wanted, right, a strong Black Woman.
Dee loved Christmas and her Christmas decorations at the VA in Milwaukee were the greatest.
Dee decorated her cube with class and gusto and the outcome was was very pleasing to the eye.
I remember, once, I helped Dee bring a new, large, very large, tv into her apartment...We had
a blast, laughing and just being goofy getting that tv up the stairs and situated just right...
Memories, Dee, you have touched many, and for the better...It should be that your
Neshama should have an Aliyah.... You will be missed for all your goodness...Blessings to your
Sons and Fam. that they should always remember your goodness, your laughter, your love
for your sons and your love for the Almighty....
