Judith Ann (Halderman) "Judy" Allen, 82, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Judy was born on December 18, 1938 in Alma, Kansas to Marvin and Dora Halderman in the home of her grandparents.

Judy graduated from Highland Park High School in 1956. She married the love of her life Garland G. Allen on June 15, 1956.
Judy was a cake decorator for many years and was a member of Guys and Dolls Cake Club Arts II. Her and Garland were avid bowlers for many years and traveled all across the United States to bowl in tournaments. She bowled in the National Bowling Tournament for more than 25 years. She was a daycare provider for many years and a CNA and did home health care working directly through hospice care. In her last couple of years there wasn’t a day that went by that she wasn’t watching the Alaskan Bush People.

Judy is survived by her sons, David Allen, Mike (Heather Matchie) Allen, Gary (Shawna) Allen; and daughter, Doreen (Travis) Frickey; siblings, Paul (Rita) Halderman, Jean Boger, and Wanda Quiett; 22 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Garland; both of her parents; and sisters, Alice Halderman and Beverly Lister.
Judy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was loved by all and even many others she considered her kids.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Parker Price Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Topeka Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2021 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the CAT Association of Topeka 1719 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66604 or Helping Hands Humane Society 5720 SW 21st, Topeka, KS 66604
