Derek Daniel Ralls, 38, of Topeka, passed away on October 12, 2021 at Stormont Vail Hospital.

Derek was born on March 17, 1983 to Daniel and Cheryl (Bryant) Ralls in Topeka, KS.
He graduated from Seaman High School in 2001. After graduating, he attended Washburn University.

Derek loved to travel. He visited many places as far away as Thailand and lived in Florida and Texas for a short time. He was very artistic, enjoyed tattooing, rebuilding trucks and motorcycles, and was over all a gifted and giving person.
He worked at BNSF as a conductor for the last 15 years.

Derek is survived by his loving parents; sister, Darchelle (Tadd) Ellis, grandmother, Jean Bryant; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David Bryant, John Ralls, and Willa Ralls.

Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Parker-Price Funeral Home.
