He was born on December 29, 1933 to Grant and Phoebie (Hunt) Frost in Carbondale, KS.
He joined the United States Navy in 1951, and served in the Korean Conflict as a Fireman. He was later honorably discharged in 1954.
Kenneth later worked as a Police Officer for Topeka Police Department for 26 years before retiring as Lieutenant.
On December 14, 1958, he married JoAnn Frost (McMaster). Together they had three daughters.
Kenneth was a member of Fraternal Order of Police No.3, Kansas Police Officers Association, VFW Post 1650, and Bethel Baptist Church in Topeka.
Kenneth is survived by loving Wife, JoAnn; Daughters, Lisa Currie, Cindy (Jim) Langton, and Jodi (Robert) Child; grandchildren, Lindsay (Jim) Seichepine, Heather (Kory) Josefiak, Tyler (Hayley) Langton, Ryan Langton, Dillon Child, and Lacey Child; great grandchildren, Nicole Seichepine, Blayke Seichepine, Currie Jo Seichepine, Cooper Josefiak, Tate Josefiak, Wyatt Josefiak, Brody Langton, Colby Langton, and Lucas Langton.
He was preceded in death by both of his Parents; and Brothers, Gerald Frost and Carl J. Frost.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 18, 2021, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Parker Price Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, 1:00 pm at Parker Price Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka.
