Annette Treadwell, 76, of Topeka, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021.

Annette Treadwell, 76, of Topeka, passed away February 15, 2021. She was born December 3, 1944 in Bristol, England to Guy and Molly Bounds who both preceded her in death.

Annette married and is survived by her loving husband Larry Treadwell. February 28th would have been their 53rd wedding anniversary.

Annette was a long-time member of The Topeka Round Up Club where she enjoyed spending time with her beloved Arabian Ellie. She was an avid animal lover and had many pets throughout her life, all of whom had a special place in her heart.

Annette is also survived by her daughter Shelley Flores (Greg) of Santa Fe, New Mexico, son Chris Treadwell (Wendy) of Duluth, Minnesota, grandchildren Bjorn Atts of Dallas, Texas; Erica Atts of Carrollton, Texas; Kayla Flores of Santa Fe, New Mexico; and Tasha Treadwell of Duluth, Minnesota.

A celebration of her life will be held February 27th from 2-4 pm at Parker Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka, Kansas. All of her friends are welcome to attend. Honoring her request, cremation is planned after the celebration of her life.

Memorial contributions may be made to your local animal rescue/humane society.
