Lawrence “Larry” Joseph Gros passed away 12/04/2020 at age 77.
Larry was born in Westmoreland, KS on October 19th 1943 to his parents Ed and Martina Gros. He and his six siblings grew up on the family farm outside of Wheaton KS. Larry served in the US Army and was stationed at Ft. Riley KS. He later moved to Topeka where he lived for over 50 years.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Helen Sanker.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Gros; Son’s, Mel (Becky) Gros, Ryan (Katie) Pruitt; Daughter’s, Natasha Pruitt, Cheyenne Pruitt; Grandchildren Treyton, Loren, Isaiah, Isaac, Lilly, Russell, Kristy, Kylie and Keeton.

Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Larry worked various jobs during his life but none more meaningful than with his brother Charlie at Gros Auto Repair.
He enjoyed piddling around the house and in his garden. Larry was a lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus.

Memorial visitation will be held Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Family Of God Church from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial service will be Friday, December 11, 2020 at the church at 10:30 a.m.
Private inurnment will follow at Topeka Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Family of God Church and sent in care of Parker Price Funeral Home.
