Lisa Ranae Hill, 53, Topeka, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020.

She was born January 21, 1967, in Moses Lake, Washington, the daughter of Jess Rocha and Gladys Malena (Arnold) Demers. She graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1985.

Lisa worked in customer service for various companies throughout her life, most recently employed at Seaman Food Mart.
She was a proud sober member of NA.

Survivors include two sons, Noah Allen Belt and Jesse Calvin Houston; her mother, Malena Demers; two brothers, Darryll Rocha and Dyal Richie Rocha; two granddaughters, Hunter Rose Hill and Sage Rosalie Hill; and Phil Hill, Brian Belt, and Roger Houston.

She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Ross Hill, father, Jess Tony Rocha, and grandparents, Eleanora and Leonard Arnold, Jr.

Lisa was a selfless individual, with strong motherly instincts, who often put others before herself. She cared deeply for those she loved and was extremely generous. Lisa didn’t know a stranger, she was outgoing, friendly, and everyone always walked away a friend. She will always be lovingly remembered as Momma Lisa.

Memorial visitation will be held from 3:00pm -7:30pm Monday, May 18, 2020 at Parker-Price Funeral Home, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Private services will be held with burial at Rochester Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Joseph Hill Memorial Fund c/o any Azura Credit Union branch.
