He was born July 14, 1993, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Philip and Lisa (Rocha) Hill. He graduated from Meriden High School where he was active in football, wrestling, and debate.
Joe was a handyman, working for various companies in Topeka and also owned and operated Exceptional Joe’s Handyman Services.
He is survived by two daughters, Hunter Rose Hill and Sage Rosalie Hill; his parents; two brothers, Noah Allen Belt, and Jesse Calvin Houston; two grandmas, Gladys “Malena” Demers, Topeka and Jane Clark, Mayfield, KY; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Joe was such a diverse individual and was friends with EVERYBODY! He enjoyed music, skateboarding, and was such a strong person, earning the name "King Savage". He would take anything on with no limitations. He had heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off of his back. Joe was a wonderful and proud father, son, brother, family member, and friend. He loved his family with all his heart and was there for them always.
Private services will be held at Parker-Price Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery. Joe will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2020 at the funeral home.
