Cynthia Taylor Calderwood, 59, of Topeka, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019, surrounded by her family.

She was born September 11, 1960, in Wamego, Kansas, the daughter of Orville "Bud" and Doris (Packett) Taylor. She graduated from Topeka High School the class of 1978.

She was employed by Mainline Printing as an account receivable clerk for 22 years.

Cynthia practiced the Christian faith.

Cynthia loved her grandbabies and family, numbers, the lottery and all clearance sales!

Cynthia married Dwight Calderwood on November 17, 1989 in Topeka, Kansas. Survivors include her husband, Dwight; mother, Doris Taylor; son, Brandon (Heather) Shutts; daughter, Candace (Harold) Bell; brother, Kurtis Taylor; grandchildren, Zaylee, Kallie, Jourdyn, and Bailiegh. She was preceded in death by her father, Orville "Bud" Taylor; brother, Lee Taylor; and sister, Deborah Taylor.

Funeral services will be at 11:00am, Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Parker-Price Funeral Home, 245 NW Independence, Topeka. A reception will follow the service at Parker-Price Reception Center across the parking lot.
A visitation will be the evening before from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.
