William “Bill” J. Braun, 80, Topeka, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019.

He was born October 2, 1938, in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of William and Sophie (Sterbenz) Braun.

He graduated from Ward High School and served two years in the Marine Corps.

Bill was an entrepreneur from home remodeling to satellite service.

He was a member of Albert Neese Lodge #248.

Survivors include the love of his life, Evelyn Jean Berry; three daughters: Charlene Gibbens, Mika Killion (Mike) and Cindy Saler; two sons: Mike “Bo” Berry (Debbie), Bart Berry (Barb); two sisters: JoAnn Foulk and Barbara Kelly; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Bill loved to laugh and enjoyed life. He was a true kid at heart.

Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions. A funeral service will be 10am, Friday, February 22, 2019 at the funeral home, followed by a reception at Parker-Price Reception Center. Burial will be 2:30pm at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, KS.

Memorial contributions may be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice, 3715 SW 29th St Ste. 100, Topeka, KS 66614.
