“Kitty” Kathleen Jo Trapp, 69, Topeka, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018.

She was born September 19, 1949, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Harold and Sylvia (Hanson) Howey. She graduated from Seaman High School and later earned her degree as a licensed practical nurse.

Kitty was a nurse at GoodYear Tire & Rubber Company.

She was a member of the Grace Life Connection in Topeka.

Survivors include three children: Rhonda (Delbert) Davidson, Wendy (Shelby) Cook and Joshua (Stephanie) Trapp; two brothers: Michael (Anna) and Patrick (Kimberly) Howey; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kitty enjoyed fishing and hunting as well as her cats and dogs.

Memorial services will be 11 am, Friday, December 21, 2018, at Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka.
