She was born to Ralph A. Moyer and Trinnie L. (Viergever) Moyer on the section of I-70 and Carlson Road March 6, 1927.
She married Wilford S. Harper on June 1, 1951 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Together they raised three children: LaVerne (Ed Ard) of Osage City; LaVon (Harold Langston) of Topeka and Ray (Peggy Harper) of Vian, Oklahoma. Anna and Wilford celebrated almost 54 years of married life when Wilford passed away March 1, 2005.
She was also preceded in death by sons, Ralph N. in 1948 and Ray A. in 2008 and daughter, J. LaVerne in 2015.
She graduated from Rossville High School and Topeka Technical College and retired from Ohse Foods, Inc. in 1992. She was a member of Northland Christian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, J. LaVon and son-in-law, Harold; daughter-in-law, Peggy; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, who will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2018 at Parker-Price Funeral Home, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the funeral home. Private burial of cremated remains will be at a later date at Dover Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Midland Care, 200 SW Frazier Cir, Topeka, KS 66606.
