Elaine LaVaughn Creech, 90, Topeka, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018.
She was born October 6, 1927, in Washington, Kansas, the daughter of Oscar and Edna (Tegethoff) Hildebrandt. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1945.
Elaine retired from Harry Turner Advertising.
Elaine married Eldon Eugene Creech on August 30, 1947 in Topeka. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include three children: Barbara (Randy) Dolifka, Michael E. Creech and Lyle Creech; two brothers, Keith and Royce Hildebrandt, all of Topeka; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka.
